ELIGIBILITY: Applicant must be a Rockwood School District candidate for graduation in the current school year intending to earn a degree in education. Or, a Rockwood graduate who is a current college student majoring in education. Factors considered in selection include financial need, character, service, scholarship, and commitment to excellence.
